Can I hire Zeptae for my wedding/family portraits/sporting event/newspaper/trade show?

Sorry, Zeptae does NOT do the following types of photography:

  • Wedding/Engagement
  • Family Portraits
  • Sporting Events
  • Photo Journalism
  • Comp Cards
  • Trade Shows

When using FireFox and the Search function I get an error message that says, "No image to display."

You used the search function and you got the thumbnails for the images you searched for but when you clicked on the thumbnail you get the message, "No image to display." [see example]

  • To fix this problem, you'll need to set FireFox to accept third party cookies. Here is how to do it:
  • In the FireFox menu bar click on "Tools" then select "Options". [see example]
  • Click on the "Privacy" tab then look for "accept third party cookies" and put a checkmark in the box then click "Ok". [see example]
  • Reload (Refresh) the page and try your search again.

When using Internet Explorer I get a yellow bar at the top of the page that says, "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this webpage from running scripts or ActiveX controls that could access your computer. Click here for options..."

You'll need to allow ActiveX controls to run Radio Zeptae. To allow the ActiveX control, do the following:

  • Click the yellow bar
  • Select "Allow blocked content"
  • When presented with "Are you sure you want to let this file run active content?" click "Yes"
